MediLocker is a patient-centric cloud-based platform, where you can have your own secure digital locker for all your medical records. All your reports will come here directly from the healthcare providers and you can access them anytime you wish from anywhere through the MediLocker app on your mobile.

Through the app you can also avail of other allied services like adding and saving your family member’s health records along with yours, having an online consultation with the doctor, booking a lab test, ordering medicine from the closest pharmacy and more.

The locker can be activated through the MediLocker mobile app, which is currently available on Google Play and iOS App store. To download, search for “MediLocker “, select the app from search results and click ‘Install.’

MediLocker is available on both the iOS and Android platforms. Your device needs to have iOS version 8.0 or higher, Android OS version 4.1 or higher to use MediLocker.

To prevent unauthorized access to your data, at the time of accessing your digital locker, you will be prompted to enter your 10 digit mobile number and the password you have set at the time of registration. Alternatively,you can also choose to use a ‘Sign in with OTP’ (One Time Password) , where you will get a 4-digit password on registered mobile number to login in. OTP provides additional security to your data.

The app supports JPEG, JPG, PNG, PDF &DCM(Medical Images like X-ray) Files.

Yes, once you look at a record, it is stored in the local cache storage. You can download and save it to view it offline whenever you want.

Yes. All medical and personal records are encrypted by the Hybrid Encryption method (RSA+AES256) which ensures data privacy of the patie

Download the app from Google Playor the IOS App Store on the new phone. Use the same mobile number to log in which was used previously and enter the same username and password. You could also sign in using an OTP to proceed further.

In case your phone is lost, do the following to ensure your digital locker is safe:

Call  08033948383 and request to temporarily block the locker.

Send us an email to temporarily block the locker at support@meeshamed.net

You can retrieve the reports once you have access to the registered mobile number by downloading the app again on a new phone and after a verification is done by our verification team.

Log in with your registered mobile number and then click on your profile icon. A ‘User Profile’ window will open, scroll down and you will find the ‘CHANGE MOBILE NUMBER’ option there. Click and follow the instructions.

Please make sure that the number you are using for signing in is the one used at the time of registration. You can only use the registered mobile number with a password or an OTP to sign in your account. Also, make sure internet and network connectivity are available.

respective family member’s folder. At the time of adding a family member, if you have provided a mobile number for the family member and if that person does not have a locker, then it will create one. The family member can then download the app and can see his/her reports.

Steps:

Launch the MediLocker app on the mobile. Click on the list bar on the top right corner.

Tap on the My Family in list bar. My Family section will open up.

Click on the + button. The  ‘Add Family Member’ window will open up. Put in the required information and the family member will be added.

When you share a report with adoctor, then an SMS will be sent to the doctor’s mobile number. The SMS will contain the link to download the MedilockerPro app which is specifically meant for doctors. After downloading and installing it, the doctor will be able to view your report.

You will receive all the medical records from the listed healthcare providers who are using our services. You can also upload records by taking pictures, or uploading documents in PDFs, JPEG or PNG formats.

If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Forget password.’ An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Please feed in the OTP and then, you can reset a new password and continue accessing your locker.

If you have any trouble while signing in, click on ‘Trouble signing in?. You will be directed to make a call to our support service  number. Our support team will help you resolve your issue. 

If you have trouble using the app, you can contact us using the app. Launch the MediLocker app on your mobile and click on the list bar on the top right corner. Tap on Support in list bar and choose ‘Contact Us.’

In case you want to share your report with a healthcare provider, please do the following:

  • Select the report you want to share with a healthcare provider.
  • Keep pressed the selected report till a share icon appears on the top of the bar on the right-hand side.
  • Click on the share icon. Fill in the requested information. 
  • Click on the share button.

Once you click on the share button, an SMS will be sent to the doctor’s mobile number. The SMS will contain the link to download the MedilockerPro app which is specifically meant for doctors.
